Cassidy recently graduated from the 20 week Certified Retail Personnel program at Lokken College. During her time in the program, she developed an employment action plan to secure employment in the field of her choice, and an eye-catching resume and cover letter to set her apart from the crowd. Cassidy also participated in mock interviews with her instructor to prepare for employment interviews, and attended daily Career Path Management presentations to learn and develop the “soft-skills” employers want; such as: Time Management, Stress Management, Communication, Health and Wellness, and more. Finally, to graduate from the program, Cassidy secured volunteer employment to further build upon her skill set, and is continuing to search for long-term employment.
