Felicia attended the Certified Hospitality Personnel Program (CHP) at Lokken College and completed the Housekeeping Room Attendant training. With the assistance from her program instructor, Felicia was assisted with resume, cover letter and job searching. When Felicia was in week 13 of the CHP program. she secured a full time employment as a Housekeeping Room Attendant with a hotel in Edmonton.
