Kyla is currently completing the final phase of her 20-week Certified Retail Personnel program after securing employment as a Retail Sales Associate. During her program, Kyla created an eye-catching resume and cover letter, practiced her interviewing skills in direct, 1-on-1 mock interviews with her instructor, and participated in daily Career Path Management presentations to improve the “soft-skills” employers expect their employees to have.

Kyla completed academic upgrading to prepare for the GED exams, which she will write before her program is completed. She also completed Retail Sales Associate training as part of the Industry Specific Training curriculum. Congratulations on all of the success, Kyla. We look forward to seeing you graduate soon.
