Mohamedamin recently graduated from the 20-week Certified Industrial Personnel (CIP) program. He moved to Canada in 2022, but had trouble securing meaningful employment for more than short spurts. Looking for an advantage, he applied at Lokken College.

Mohamedamin completed his application and intake interview, and started his 20-week program right away, thanks to weekly intake. During his program, he completed Academic Upgrading to write the Canadian Adult Education Credential (CAEC) tests, and obtained industry-specific safety tickets. These certificates, along with hard work allowed Mohamedamin to identify and secure permanent, full-time employment. This employment satisfied the final phase of the CIP program, leading to graduation.
