Reah recently graduated from the Certified Hospitality Personnel program, with a focus on Front Desk Agent. During her application for the program, Reah indicated she was interested in employment as a Front Desk Agent. In order to secure long-term employment in the field, she completed Lokken College curriculum to create an eye-catching resume and cover letter, practiced the interview process through mock interviews with her instructor, and learned about the “soft skills” employers want, such as: Time Management, Stress Management, Communication, Health and Wellness, and more.
