Leah recently graduated from the Certified Retail Personnel (CRP) program, after successfully completing her curriculum and securing permanent, full-time employment. During her program, Leah identified her employment goal, created an action plan to meet that goal, created a resume and cover letter to interest potential employers, and attended daily Career Path Management presentations to improve her soft-skills. She also completed mock interviews with her Instructor, to practice and refine her interviewing skills. All of this hard work resulted in success, as she was able to secure employment to satisfy the final phase of her 20-week CRP program.
