Chance is currently completing his 20-week Certified Industrial Personnel program at Lokken College. During his program, he improved his resume, cover letter, interview skills, and soft-skills such as time management, communication and stress management. He also prepared for and passed his GED exams, which helped him become an attractive candidate for employers. To complete his program, he searched for and secured employment with Sobeys as a Warehouse Labourer, as shown above.
